This is a known bug, sometimes occurs after deleting malware... Notification Center shows as green and everything ok, but K icon in Windows Task bar still shows yellow triangle...

Possible solutions for now:

1.- Uninstall and reinstall (annoying and radical).

2.- Just wait, some times after some days or a few weeks, usually K icon gets normal again.

Did you remove malware?
What version of Kaspersky? 2016?
Did you recently upgrade Kaspersky?
There is a GUI bug in 2016 that when you remove malware the icon in the system tray does not recover
It could be a failure in some component of Kaspersky
If you uninstall and reinstall Kaspersky this will most likely rectify this

Try restarting windows explorer using task manager. It seems that you've not configured backup, password manager and parental control. Maybe that could the issue.
