Previously I was used Avast but for some reasons, I shifted to Kaspersky. Now I have installed a new version 19.0.0.1088 and it works fine with IKEv2 VPN.

You should've installed the latest 2020 version though

Does anyone have the direct link to kaspersky security cloud free 2021 beta? Or have they not released the 2021 beta in the free version yet?

At K. beta testing usually there are no free products, They release them later, once paid products become stable and final...
