Good news for everyone!

A new version of the beta build is available for download and testing. You can download the version from the links below

KNOWN ISSUES:

KAVKIS:
scan window
  • vulnerability scan has no box
  • boxes has different sizes
  • update button do not disappear after update
update window
  • no top borders for button
settings -> update
  • icons issue
settings -> additional
  • icons issue
KSDE:
settings
  • Wi-Fi block has Russian and English text only

Download

Can be activated only through Internet. Beta-license is valid for 90 days.

Before installation of the new build, please uninstall the previous build (sometimes kavremover may be needed) and reboot the system

Advices for novice testers
  • Do not proceed with testing without reading the instructions;
  • All found bugs should be posted in the related topics so it would be wise to read their headers at first. Bug reports should contain all useful info (it will be clear after reading the instruction from p.1);
  • The most convenient way to upload big files (traces or dumps): in .zip archive on OwnCloud.;
  • Traces as well as app and driver verifiers are enable in this build.
  • This area of forum is not connected to Tech Support (Bugs of Beta-products are collected here)

Here You are some screen-shots of the 2nd early beta of K2021MR1, final will come probably after summer, the GUI will have some changes and still in development, the final version may be not the same.

We can see some interesting new features and others that are back after been removed years ago...

This looks great. Btw, are those notify function on different modules now separated from the main interactive mode that the current version has? One thing that I dislike about current Kaspersky is that, you can't make only some specific things interactive, you need to make the whole product interactive. Hope that has changed with this update.

I haven't still tested yet... but I guess this feature remains the same...

I just read that "The May 2020 Update should become available between May 26 and May 28"

So KIS 2021 MR0 will be out by that time too, or few days after it?

On first reboot after install I got a blue screen first one for some time: Error SYS_1 - The dump it made was a record breaking 38 GIG and still writing, so terminated & imaged back, will try again later :unsure::unsure:
