Hello,
Sorry for being inactive for so long, but I was swamped with work in the last few months.
Is this is just a scareware? I didn't find anything in the net regarding closing the free version:

Kaspersky closing the Free version

I just got an in app notification that says " We're closing Free plan - upgrade to Kaspersky Premium now! " So, is this for real ?? And if yes how many time until then we have, cause doesn't says anything about that ?? Well it says "48 hours only" but i think that's for the offer.

The link for the free version is still available and download of free version installer is still working.

Not anymore. I only see paid plans and no way to download the free version.

Edit: They are really going to make me change AV after such a long time. 🥲

Thanks, I've had an account, My Kaspersky with them since around 2015, and this is what I get. And I didn't see a free option, as far as maybe not looking hard enough?

Looks like they are ending it indeed. The popup message looked obvious enough and now even the Russian version of the site doesn't have the free version anymore.

I remember creating an account like a year ago which didn't let me download the free version. Even tried using VPN and setting Kaspersky account location to UK. But from my older account, I could always download 🤔 I should check again.

Currently using AVG free, with K free turned off completely, just keeping it as a backup scanner.
