Well hopfully they took kingsoft off the web for a reason and that was to improve. I know the last version they had was very crappy with detection.
 
Any idea whose AV engine they'll be using, or is it their own?
 
Kingsoft PC Doctor uses own engine, so Kingsoft Antivirus probably also will have their own engine.
 
Is this Kingsoft, the same Kingsoft that was developed in China that released Kingsoft Internet Security 9 Plus?

A quick look online and no info can be found in regards of the AV engine, Earth.

Yes, the one and only Kingsoft :D
 
Later I will test this program on latest samples of malware :)

PC doctor is a companion AV, hope Kingsoft AV will remain same.
 
Yes, i tried it before alongside EAM + CIS + Zemana ^^ no conflicts and ran smooth

Fresh install and overwrite install are both OK.
