Advice Request KIS URL advisor

I noticed that in order for URL Advisor to work in the search results, these both these settings below must be enabled:

Can not make URL Advisor work with only enabling KIS script injection and turning off the HTTPS scan ( encrypted connection scanning.)
Its pity.

HTTPS scanning is a controversial feature. If you don't agree with it, then it appears you cannot use the other features.
If the check box is selected, Kaspersky Internet Security injects a web page interaction script into web traffic. This script ensures the operation of such components as Safe Money, Private Browsing, Parental Control, Anti-Banner, URL Advisor, and Secure Data Input.

So KIS's other components like Web AV and AV and Firewall are enough to block malware and malicious links, right?
If you disable both options WebAV would not protect you much - probably against phishing sites only since most web traffic is now encrypted. So content won't be scanned until it's written on disk.
File Guard, Firewall, Application control and System Watcher will still protect your system though.
