uBlock Lite has been removed from the Firefox store. So no further updates unfortunately. What is the reason for you have switched uBOL with Ghostery?
Ghostery also lacks recent updates, thats why on my Manjaro i completely removed Firefox and Switched to Opera together with Chrome.uBlock Lite has been removed from the Firefox store. So no further updates unfortunately.
Well last update was 2 months ago. Not too bad. I just never liked the Chromium based browsers. I started browsing the internet with Firefox and I will end browsing the internet with Firefox.Ghostery also lacks recent updates, thats why on my Manjaro i completely removed Firefox and Switched to Opera together with Chrome.
haha well FF is digging its own grave at the moment, for me the opposite, FF slow and i dont like the way they act and think.Well last update was 2 months ago. Not too bad. I mean it's up to everybody to decide which browser to use, but in the end I would still say that Mozilla's way of thinking is much better compared to tech giants and data grabbers like Google or Opera. I mean I am using a Pixel phone, but as long as I enjoy using FIrefox, I will not change a thing.haha well FF is digging its own grave at the moment, for me the opposite, FF slow and i dont like the way they act and think.
uBO works best on Firefox and is available for desktop and Android versions.
I just can't motivate to add rules and play around with uBlock Origin which is the main purpose of it. I just want to keep it basic. Why not keep using uBlock Origin with Firefox?
Just use easy mode and stop doing anything else with it:I just can't motivate to add rules and play around with uBlock Origin which is the main purpose of it. I just want to keep it basic.![]()
You can use it even if it is removed from the Firefox store:uBlock Lite has been removed from the Firefox store. So no further updates unfortunately.
Firefox: Click uBOLite_2024.9.22.986.firefox.signed.mv3.xpi
This is a self-hosted version as uBO Lite is no longer available on AMO, see #197. The extension will auto-update when a new version is published.
Make sure to update the firmware. There was a nasty malware spreading through AiCloud even if you didn’t have it turned on.Got us an ASUS ROG Rapture GT-AXE11000 with AiProtection by Trend Micro for our new apartment.
Always keeping my routers up-to-date but thanks for the heads up!Make sure to update the firmware. There was a nasty malware spreading through AiCloud even if you didn’t have it turned on.
It is patched now.

yes thanks! for some unknown reason last night the cog wheel was NOT appearing for me(?), but first thing this am it was there and now it is pinned. No idea why delay. Running firefox in Linux_VM here. After installing you need to click on extension button, click cog wheel button on right side of extension you want to pin and select pin to toolbar.
