What I'm looking for?

Looking for maximum feedback.

Ghostery also lacks recent updates, thats why on my Manjaro i completely removed Firefox and Switched to Opera together with Chrome.
Well last update was 2 months ago. Not too bad. I just never liked the Chromium based browsers. I started browsing the internet with Firefox and I will end browsing the internet with Firefox. 🙃

haha well FF is digging its own grave at the moment, for me the opposite, FF slow and i dont like the way they act and think.

I mean it's up to everybody to decide which browser to use, but in the end I would still say that Mozilla's way of thinking is much better compared to tech giants and data grabbers like Google or Opera. I mean I am using a Pixel phone, but as long as I enjoy using FIrefox, I will not change a thing. (y)

I just can't motivate to add rules and play around with uBlock Origin which is the main purpose of it. I just want to keep it basic. 🙃
Just use easy mode and stop doing anything else with it:

thanks for this post I wasn't aware that Osprey was available for firefox but it was in mozilla add-ons and now installed but no icon to pin to toolbar??
It just became available recently.

After installing you need to click on extension button, click cog wheel button on right side of extension you want to pin and select pin to toolbar. You can also rearrange extensions by right clicking on toolbar and select customize toolbar and then drag extensions/buttons on toolbar to wherever you like.

It is much easier to customize toolbar on Edge/Chrome than Firefox. Granted Firefox has much more customization options available.

yes thanks! for some unknown reason last night the cog wheel was NOT appearing for me(?), but first thing this am it was there and now it is pinned. No idea why delay. Running firefox in Linux_VM here.
