Hello,

My Laptop got infected with Trojan and adware, when I tried to install some zip file in my laptop.

C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Network\Dsq\network\Sysnetwk.exe

C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Network\Dsq\browswe\syshostctl.exe

The above two virus is coming back again and again even though deleting it repeatedly from the place where it is located.

Please help me removing the Trojans .

Thanks,
Shanmuga S

Hi ,

I have attached FRST.txt and addition.txt as instructed.

note : I deleted the Dsq folder

C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Network\Dsq\network\Sysnetwk.exe

C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Network\Dsq\browswe\syshostctl.exe

as there was too many pop ups, so when the scanning was done it was not there.

Please let me know is it fine or I need to run the scan tool again.?

Thanks,
Shanu

Its seems to be working fine now. "Dsq" folder also got deleted permanently and it didn't reappear again as it behaved previously.
Am very much happy about it.
Glad that you replied and solved my malware problem :)
Thanks a lot for your timely help.:) :)
Is there any other steps I need to perform ?

FRST.gif
Fix with Farbar Recovery Scan Tool

This fix was created for this user for use on that particular machine.

Running it on another one may cause damage and render the system unstable.
icon_exclaim.gif

Download attached fixlist.txt file and save it to the Desktop:

Both files, FRST and fixlist.txt have to be in the same location or the fix will not work!

  • Right-click on
    FRST.gif
    icon and select
    RunAsAdmin.jpg
Run as Administrator to start the tool.
(XP users click run after receipt of Windows Security Warning - Open File).
  • Press the Fix button just once and wait.
  • If for some reason the tool needs a restart, please make sure you let the system restart normally. After that let the tool complete its run.
  • When finishes FRST will generate a log on the Desktop, called Fixlog.txt.

Please attach it to your reply.
