My Hp Laptop won't boot it's stuck on hp logo and I can't even get into computer bios does anyone know whats going on?

Steps taken to resolve, but have been unsuccessful

I found it was a problem within the battery circuitry itself. After trying Post #19 hard reset several times, I left the battery out and it started. This happened a few times with the same result, I simply bought a new battery to solve it.

I had this, replaced battery and gone back to square one! Stuck on the loop again
