Add Zemana, Malwarebytes or Emsisoft Emergency Kit, I would trade AdBlock by AdGuard or uBlock Origin.
Honestly I have had major problems with Advanced Systemcare, today use CCleaner and Wise Care 365.

You can change your OS Firewall to "3rd party" if you have KIS firewall enabled.

I recommend you try uBlock Origin over Adblock as an extension.

I recommend you add an on-demand scanner (or as many as you want) separate from Kaspersky.
Zemana AntiMalware, Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, Emsisoft Emergency Kit, HitmanPro, Norton Power Eraser, and AdwCleaner are good examples of on-demand scanners you may want to look into.

I recommend you swap out Advanced SystemCare with CCleaner.

Aside from these minor tweaks, you had the right idea with your setup and you're on a good path. I've just recommended a few alternatives that are, in my opinion, more efficient than what you have installed.

No need for many additional on-demand scanners, or any. Add a few custom filters to your adblocker for wider protection - too many may slow down Web browsing,

You could add Crystal Security as Cloud scanner (it often find several malware before KIS update their bases / cloud)
