Its often recently as in the last update & previous the same day, or if not next day, I like the simplicity in setup, the stuff it removes by default are as I would set Firefox up, I don't do all the anti-fingerprinting as for myself its too much but I find zero disadvantages with Wolf (I MAY have said all this before)
