I don't mind buying ESET every few years, it isn't an issue in my life, Defender is as good as most but it can use more resouses than some, at least that in my recent experience - When my license is up, assuming I'm still around I may choose something else? I get F-Secure for free with my ISP, again it's heaver than ESET, it is a pity to get decent hardware to have it drained away even to some degree by a AV solution that others can do lighter? Life is full of choices.

K is the best AV there is in my humble opinion @harlan4096 uses it and I've known it since the 90's @nickstar1 offered AVG or Norton licenses, but I didn't have the courage to ask him for the license, so I bought a K license and I'm using it on my desktop and I'm loving it, I'm sorry it happened around the company but I use it without problems.:)
