I coded a simple app that searches for unusual things in URLs.
It's mostly for fun, I don't know if I will continue developing it. It's something like a better JM Anti-Phishing, the difference is that the scan is much faster and it doesn't use any external databases.
It sends information about detected URLs to help improve the program.
A better phishing detection tool has been under development by @MalwareHunter for over a month, but it's getting ready very slowly because it's a complex software and he's very busy.

No, this was coded just for fun. Currently the app is totally useless as nobody is going to scan each visited URL manually.

You shouldn't say that your program is better than another, like you @Jo Man has put effort into a program you cannot say your program is 'better' they may both have their strengths and weaknesses but...
