New start for MAGIX: RMEP takes over at the start of 2025 Management team from Erento takes over management of the software provider. 28/01/25 Berlin, January 2025: MAGIX Software GmbH will be taken over by Russmedia Equity Partners (RMEP) at the beginning of the year. This development follows the company's insolvency under self-administration. With the takeover by RMEP, the insolvency has now officially ended and the company has been successfully restructured.
