Hello, I've recently got a malware attack (January 12, 2025) which made me lose access to my emails and steam account. I managed to retrieve my accounts again and logged out the malicious devices that was logged in to it. I want to make sure that my laptop is safe already, so I did a virus scan with Malwarebytes and quarantined 3 suspicious items in my device. What else can I do to make my laptop fully safe? Because even if Malwarebytes says my laptop is virus free already, I still don't know where the quarantined items went so I'm not too sure about it. I also have no idea where the virus came from, but my best guess is that I might have installed an application without knowing it was corrupted.
