I have Revo Pro Portable/Installer But never tried trace feature.

And how good is the database feature of Revo?

I concur, this was eventually going to happen. At least for now Malwarebytes for Mac is free.

In v2 installer at the end of installation there was a checkbox to "Enable free-trial" which could be unchecked to get only the free version.

But now the real-time protection components are automatically enabled after installation.

I wish that option was there because am only interested in the free version and not the real-time protection elements because it's only an on-demand scanner for me.

Honestly, nothing impressive here. Actually, they just merged Anti-Exploit and Anti-Ransomware and changed the UI. And RAM usage is still ridiculous.

Yes i agree with you on the memory usage. Near constant 300MB of memory. Bit ridiculous.

At first glance the pricing seems quite low. A 3-user license is only 71% more expensive than 5-user ESET Multi Device Security 2017 at Amazon (Germany).

If I'm not mistaken, lifetime licenses of MBAE will always be supported. The question is, is your license a lifetime license?
