Q&A Malwarebytes 3.1 - needed files to check what's wrong?

I've been fighting to upgrade from the older 2.2.1 to the new 3.1 because of the hole Windows stability issues I had when I last tried it.

Read that it was now much better so decided to give it a go.

My Desktop lasted approximately 48h and now has a super slow start and then just gets stuck.
My Laptop just gets stuck right from the start.
Both have Windows 7.

Had to remove Malwarebytes from them completely.

What files do I need to gather to find out what causing the issues? I'm guessing I'll also have to go to the Malwarebytes forums?

Creating a new thread on Malwarebyte forum would be best. They have some great people over there.
