I’ve noticed that over the past three versions, Malwarebytes has significantly improved its performance and system impact. It now feels very lightweight, and even the Browser Guard seems to run more efficiently. The interface opens almost instantly it’s honestly one of the fastest-loading GUIs I’ve seen in any security software. I’m also glad I bought a lifetime license back in 2013 it’s definitely been one of my best purchases. If you haven’t tried Malwarebytes in a while, I’d recommend giving it another shot. They’ve been putting a strong focus on improving their product lately and seem more productive in releasing new versions compared to other vendors. Their support is also excellent I haven’t needed to report any bugs, which is a positive sign that their quality control has improved significantly.

Personally i only use ublock. I don't personally look at Malwarebytes as an adblocker they mostly focus on security as the main core however they are not the worst.
With ad filtering off, there is minimal delay in Speedometer 3 benchmark. With adfiltering on it reduces benchmark with 2 points on my laptop, which is same as most ad- and trakker blockers (only Privacy Badger, AdGuard and uBol) are faster.

MB is like those people who would make a case about something they don't like, then end-up doing the same

MB always had a bombastic and aggressive attitude, and was at the forefront against Tune-Up utilities and PUPs, often labelling them as ''snake-oil'' .

Today when i look at MB i see a combination of AVG Tune-up, System Mechanic and Iobit Advanced system Care.
Tried it last time after some yrs, ended up uninstalling it after 10mins, with all the BS analysis about the system weaknesses and marketing present in the product.

Just some personal thoughts!:p
