Enable or disable local security authority protection and microsoft vulnerable driver blocklist in Microsoft Defender settings while using Avast-AVG with LSA protection and block vulnerable kernel drives enabled?

Could enabling in both MD and Avast-AVG settings lead to conflict?

Thanks. I'm currently using Avast Premium on trial and with the same settings above but have everything in Windows Security on. I've not experienced any conflict, but I will try a brief benchmark test to see the difference.
Thank you for your feedback; I have asked because I find those settings a dublicate.

Core Isolation settings are Windows built-in, not strictly related to MD (however, intended to complement MD).
It would be better to ask on the Avast/AVG forum. You should ask if the Avast/AVG settings should be disabled or not.
Anyway, I did not hear that Core Isolation settings could conflict with Avast/AVG settings.
I would keep Avast's setting related to vulnerable drivers (it is similar to the MD ASR rule for drivers).

I will turn on those of MS security and observe for signs of potential conflict.

Which is the main one for realtime? MD or the GenX?

Good choice!

Both are designed to work as Primary or Secondary
( periodic scan under settings or passive mode under troubleshooting )
Yes; I can turn on passive mode in AVG and use it as a secondary scanner.
Also tried to remove all components except web shield and firewall and worked fine beside MD as the main AV.

This is one of the things I like in AVG/Avast, both can run in passive mode and still be able to uninstall features you don't need instead of just disabling/unticking. Perfect pair for the default MD or whichever 3rd party AV

I have limited number of free options; MD and AVG-Avast; K free is gone; B is not preferred; Avira has lost a lot of its power.
