Advice Request Memory integrity - should I enable?

Hello guys!

After enabling virtualization on BIOS, i noticed a new security setting on windows called Memory integrity in device protection tab --> CORE ISOLATION.
I would like to know your opinion if:

1) Should i enable it?
2) Is it going to slow down windows system in anyway?

Enable it. If it causes problems, disable it. If it doesn't, keep it running. I have it enabled.

Be aware that Core Isolation may prevent some security software to run properly or not at all,
For example, Spyshelter.
