KN is for Korea and N is for Europe however these versions of Windows don't have additional things the usual installation will have, more of the base functionality. If so, install the Media Feature Pack to solve the problem: Download Media Feature Pack for N and KN versions of Windows 10 from Official Microsoft Download Center Other than that, I am not sure. I hope you are using Windows KN/N and this was the cause of the problem though, otherwise diagnostics can be tricky; no matter what, don't attempt to find the DLL online and place it any folders because you can run into malicious DLLs infringing on it, or the incorrect versions, etc.
