They tested Windows 11 on newer hardware than Windows 10...
I tested myself on the same "hardware" in a VM and Windows 11 (fresh install) is definitely slower than Windows 10 (old install, upgraded from Windows 7).
So, if you would install Windows 10 on new hardware, it would be much faster, I presume?
