Microsoft announced today that the redesigned Edge Add-ons page is now live for all users. The company says that the revamp aims at addressing “several key concerns” that were highlighted by users pertaining to the discovery of add-ons for the browser. The key changes include a revised storefront for improved discoverability, accessibility improvements, and improved search results.
The main storefront has been updated to include a list of curated extensions, including in categories such as ‘Editor’s picks’ that include newly added entries. This helps users discover new extensions that have been added to the store, in addition to the already present offerings. The Redmond giant says that it has also improved the navigation between categories and the search results page.
Search results also provide more information and possible actions for the extensions.
