Troubleshoot Mozilla Crashes a lot

I don't know what is the reason but my Mozilla crashes a lot. Google Chrome is working perfectly but only problem is Mozilla. It crashes 3 out of 4 times.

Did you try any troubleshooting methods for Firefox?

It's really hard to say at a first glance.

Could you kindly give us the following information:

• Which operating system are you running?
• What is your computer hardware? (mainly CPU, GPU, RAM)
• Which version of Firefox are you running?
• Which Firefox addons do you have? Any plugins like "Java" or "Flash Player"?

I'm using an older version of Mozilla and it crashes a lot for many sites. May be it's the same case as yours. Reason - old version
