This release requires FFmpeg 6.1 or newer and libplacebo 7.387.0 or newer.
Note that the release binary assets are our
CI builds. These builds are reasonably useful. The Windows
full builds (*-w64-mingw32-full.zip) are bigger and aim to provide the complete experience.
