Howdy! I believe I've been having trouble with some Malware. I've been trying to solve the problem myself over the past few days (which has included doing some browsing of this site and use of tools recommended), but unfortunately I've had no luck. So I decided to hop on to see if you all might be able to lend me a hand! As mentioned above, I've used a few tools so far to try and either locate or fix the problems I've been having. So far TDSSKiller and Avast have proved fruitless with nothing found during scans. Malwarebytes has been useful for alerting me to outgoing pings, but again, Scans have proved ineffective. Also as I've mentioned above, I've seen several new processes (some with multiple instances running) pop up since the initial lock up on New Year's eve. These processes include: logagent.exe *32 (never more than 1 instance), dvdupgrd.exe *32 (several), dpnsvr.exe (several), and wiaacmgr.exe. I'm not sure if any of these appearing should actually be cause for alarm, but since they've only appeared after I began having troubles I figured it might be best to mention them. Any help would be appreciated, and thanks in advance!
