My Avast Internet Security is not working

There was a problem with this in Avast a while ago with an update.You can try this and see if it helps.

Thanks for pointing that out in another post.I suggested that in this thread since I was unaware there was another thread exactly the same for exactly the same problem.Did it work? Apparently not but if it does Kudos to mercurial

Maybe the double thread posts can be combined and one of them closed to avoid problems
