Security mode gives you Bitdefender and Avira. But balanced mode has none of them.(only QVM and 360 cloud)
I think Security mode is very suitable for you (as a basic user)

i think you can install
i install 360 and Trust port
but i disable 360 real time and use it for scan only
install bitdefender and use 180 days giveaway and enjoy
