Safe mode is not going to help you either, since FRST and OTL were unable to delete the keys. You need to go outside windows, I provided the tool you need.

Just make sure and delete ONLY those two keys that are related to COMODO. This tool gives ZERO sh!ts if you are a novice, it will delete what you tell it.

You are booting outside of windows, if you want those keys gone, you can try a million things until one works, or use the Kaspersky Boot Disk.

Kaspersky Rescue Disk needs to be on a disk, there may be a USB version like other products but i'm not sure.

Sorry about the delay ladies and gents, I was watching the game. Kaspersky Boot Rescue successfully deleted all the COMODO remnants. Thank you very much Smith83, Anti-Malware Reviewer, Sana, Inkurax, Vasudev, and everyone else that contributed to solving this problem. +Likes to all of you.

Also consider Malwarebytes RegASSASSIN for deleting pesky registry keys.

My personal suggestion, though, would be to install COMODO again, and then uninstall it normally through its uninstaller.

EDIT: Just read that you resolved the issue.
Do consider RegASSASSIN for deleting any locked registry key in the future though; I have been using ever since I first started using Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and it works wonderfully.
