There is an incentive to pump sponsors that pay for regular segments/slots.

Offering "sponsorship" services (marketing and promotion), at its core, is not about impartiality and being unbiased. The very act of marketing and promotion is inherently biased by its nature, character, and purpose.

If an entity pays for sponsorship (marketing and promotion), its expectation is that the paid promoter will show the product in the best possible light. There are many ways this can be achieved. But the number one method in security software is to make comparisons of various types to other security software. Which is fair enough in this competitive market. The problems come when the competition claims that promotion is done by agents of a competitor, and the competitor is not really the competition.

To promote a software product or service, Leo creates a video. In that video he demonstrates an unpromoted software or service not doing well. At the end, he promotes the product that is sponsoring the video - as an alternative and it performs way better than what he showed during 99% of the preceding portion of his presentation.

Whatever Leo is doing it works. He earns a very good living from what he does.

Leo is an enterprising, hardworking entrepreneur. It took him quite a long time to get where he is today. Give credit where credit is due. Leo has earned all of it.

Isn't that why we post on this forum? I can accept that too if it helps and it's positive for just 1 person then it's worth contributing to platforms like this one. Everyone starts somewhere!
