Solved NextDNS backfire

The problem solved thanks to @rashmi ; it turned out to be "block bypass methods" was blocking some websites.
With the option "block bypass methods" enabled, nextdns will block every other dns servers except the "specific" doh address you are using with your nextdns configuration. It will even block other nextdns doh address. This change has occurred 3 or 4 months ago. If you have a router which has doh or tls function and if you set nextdns on your router with either doh or tls function, users of the router will not be able to bypass your settings ( like "block youtube" or "block newly registered domains" etc ) by using another nextdns configuration on their devices. If they use any other dns, they won't be able to access the web . This function is particularly valuable for institutional users who want to enforce a tighter access control.

As stated earlier, it's a parental control measure for children's devices. The option, with systemwide NextDNS, also prevents VPN programs from connecting.
I was just visiting website of dns0, not a vpn service; it is such an odd behavior by NextDns!

My modem router is set to ControlD free (legacy) and Edge browser is set to NextDNS (DoH).
I have also noticed browsing MT is significantly slower using NextDNS compared to ControlD free; FB, for example, is not affected.
