How is Firefox Lockwise works for you?
It works relatively well. I pretty much only use Firefox, so it doesn't really matter that I cannot use it on other browsers. I did however notice that Firefox on my Android phone doesn't require me to authenticate at all in order for it to paste my email and password in the browser. I did post on the Firefox community, but so far haven't gotten any response.

EDIT: turns out that a master password/authentication feature existed for a previous version of the Firefox android app, but it was removed in an update. Seems like it won't come back for at least a while.

2021-02-09: Replaced Firefox Lockwise with 1Password. Once I realized that Firefox doesn't require authentification on Android when using the browser, and even if I disabled it, it could be activated by anyone, I decided to switch to 1Password. So far, it seems to work just fine.

2021-05-21: Replaced Kaspersky Internet Security with ESET Internet Security.
Kaspersky suddenly did not like JetBrains products like IntelliJ and CLion. It blocked the launch of those applications, and had to disable KIS while using them.
Interractive mode with 50 popups when running certain applications is a bit annoying, either that or automatically blocking safe applications.
