I agree, it looks like it's building on what was already there (which is good), except for the phishing blocker....coming soon? But, your extension, DNS server options, and other AV extensions, already do a good job in that regard. I guess for those who may not be sitting behind that type of browser protection, may help? Anyway, feeds for phishing protection are always post-factum.
As I did prove with my extension blocking pyramind.com or whatever, better solutions can be engineered.
The other additions don’t really look too attractive.
