He comes with pre-hate about Norton's product, but almost every product he already tested does the same asking to the user.

He has to find something to criticize, even when Norton does well and NPE comes with Norton, he doesn't know anything. What a misinformation he does.

I will still keep Norton on my mothers PC even after seeing this video. The software actually did good and with Norton power eraser it would have completely got rid of the infection. I have Norton with everything on "aggressive" which he did not.... it is also important to note the infections it was blocking preventing the machine from getting infected even more.
