you cant use Norton Utilities 16.0 if you did get your key before october 2012 then u need use Norton Utilities 15, with no upgrade.

Norton Utilities v.16 is better diferent than v.15. It most complete and add news functions to clean and optimize de computer like cleans duplicate files, compress and clean the registry, clean history and junk browser and free resources of memory ram. it´s great product!
