Notable is currently only available on desktop, but official web/mobile apps are being developed.

The web and mobile app will require paying for a subscription to use, as it will have built-in cloud synchronization and end-to-end encryption. If you don't need those features you can keep using the desktop app for free, where those features are opt-in.
