  • uBlock Origin (Adblocking & more)
  • ClearURLs (privacy for cleaner non-tracking URLs)

  • Netcraft (PUP & XSS protection)

These are the main extensions that I use in Cent Browser (Chrome)
  • Adblock Plus
  • Extension Police
  • FB Purity
  • Page Monitor
  • Pop Guard (In the past I was using Pop up blocker for Chrome aka Poper Blocker)
  • Tab Suspender
  • TinEye Reverse Image Search
Firefox
  • AdGuard
  • Chrome Store Foxified
  • FB Purity
  • Google Reverse Image Search
  • New Tab from Location Bar
  • Open Tabs Next to Current
  • Page Translator
  • Select After Closing Current
  • TinEye Reverse Image Search
  • Undo Close Tab
  • Undo Closed Tabs Button
I don't use Firefox anymore. Most of those addons are to give Chrome the same functionality as Cent Browser has natively.

The tracking is optional though, just like with Ghostery. I have just noticed, that K9 blocks poperblocker as well. :emoji_expressionless:
Google removed it from the store.
From the article linked:
UPDATE (25.07): All the apps and extensions mentioned in the article are no more available on Google Play and Chrome WebStore.

Google removed it from the store.
That is just great, that means, I will not be able to reinstall it.

The alternative popup blockers that I tried, were terrible at blocking popups, in comparison to Poper Blocker.
I guess, I will have to look at those inferior alternatives now.

EDIT: It seems, that "Popup Blocker (strict)" will do, for now. I just had to set the default action to deny request and ignore popup notifications.
