At this time of the video below:


He talks about an issue when the user deliberately slows down the VPN speed by selecting the wrong VPN server.

He explains it as for example he is in Europe, and then connects to a VPN server in Asia and then browses a website in US. He says that is the wrong choice of selecting a VPN server.

i personally use proton vpn for browsing and a bit of "privacy".... ive got a rule in spyshelter networks to allow outbound & block all inbound to 10.2.0.0/24 but allow outbound.....
fine for browsing.. (not so good for p2p) but i dont want the inbound
