Briefly explain your current issue(s)
Can't boot from USB via normal F Keys
Steps taken to resolve, but have been unsuccessful
Finally figured it out
Your current Antivirus

I have heard that a ton of people are frustrated by not being able to boot from a USB, via F10-F12, or by the Del key or Esc, on Asus Boards, especially the Tuf X570.

But I found out what to do. You have to do it exactly like this:

1). Restart your PC. The lights on all USB peripherals will go out.

2). Wait until the very moment the lights on your USB Keyboard come back on. Now quickly insert the USB. and at the same time press the Del key 3 or 4 times.

3). Now in the Bios, select "Boot". Now go to the line that says something like... (sorry can't remember the exact wording, I should have written it down)... Force boot from Verbatim (or whatever your USB name is), and now it will boot from the USB to restore your images or whatever.

Isn't it just easier to put the USB as a first boot device in UEFI?
NOPE If so I wouldn't have taken the time to experiment and then write this.

That was the first thing I tried, it didn't show in the bios (newest bios onboard), so I tried lots of other things and it just wouldn't show up or give the choice to boot from the USB.

Everyone complaining about this, and I didn't know, how in the h--- am I going to restore an image without booting from a cb, dvd, or USB

This was the last thing I tried, and luckily it worked. Probably only applies to the X570 Plus Wifi and not all Asus boards, but who knows. So just in case anyone is running into this problem, this worked for me.

I couldn't find any help via Google or Youtube or even Asus

Thanks for troubleshooting, and reporting how to boot ASUS motherboards from USB flash drive.
A similar way is mentioned in a combination of two ASUS Support articles, and in the product's User's Manual as well.
Although, in the User's Manual, the information can be considered incomplete, and is easily overlooked. I can imagine the ASUS Support articles are much needed.

- Hold [F2] or [Delete] when powering up the system, or press [F2] or [Delete] during the Power-On Self Test (POST), to enter UEFI BIOS;
- in UEFI BIOS, press [F8], or click the [Boot Menu] option;
- in the Boot Menu, select the USB flash drive you wish to boot from.

Thanks..... But I saw all those, tried those methods, didn't work on my new Asus board with newest bios.... SO I went to google, found that a lot of people with my board and Asus boards were having this problem also. Thus the 1st post above was the fix for me.
