Just waiting for Microsoft to update it, as per usual. Just use the Chrome version.

When 1.2.2 comes out (waiting on approval), a new, exclusive threat feed from PrecisionSec will be enabled by default, free of charge, with no API key needed from users. I've been in talks with the people behind the company, and it's been smooth sailing. It's toggleable just like the rest of the feeds. More to come, hopefully!

Yes so they can check if it's inside their database else they will have to locally download the database of malicious links and it will reduce security by not being as updated

Yes, for checking whether it's in their database or not, but I meant in the sense of telemetry. Will they collect all the sites visited by the users and use that for some purpose?

Well that depends on their policy but they can obviously do that technically
