When I told my friend about it, he said to me this: "It is an additional extra code that is not needed. Applications to update drivers are bloatware and junk wear. The best practice is for the user to just simply manually check for updates for his applications by himself." So sadly I couldn't convince him. :( I forgot to let him know that: "Patch My PC Updater is a portable application meaning that it doesn’t install on your PC. To uninstall Patch My PC, simply delete PatchMyPC.exe." But I doubt knowing that, will change his mind. Any idea?
