Persistent virus, resistant to removal.

When I type a web address in my web browser, "force.com" or "salesforce.com" comes up in it. Here's an example: **https://k12parentportal.force.com/portal_enrollmenthome**. Everything is correct except force.com being in it. I think the actual address is https://K12parentportal/enrollmenthome, but it's hard to tell at this point. Now, although I type in the correct address in my web browser and it goes to the address that I type, for instance: if I type in https://K12parentportal/enrollmenthome, force.com shows up as part of the web address. I won't sign into the website **https://k12parentportal.force.com/portal_enrollmenthome**, because I don't know if it's safe. It was happening in random sites, but now it seems to just show up in this one. It happens in Internet Explorer and Firefox. I reset IE, but it keeps happening. This has been going on for several weeks. It will also redirect my browser to "salesforce.com". I had never been to that website until my browser was redirected. I ran malewarebtyes Anti Malware, HitmanPro, Kaspersky, TDSSKiller, RogueKiller (basically, all the steps in the virus removal guide on this website.) But it's still there. I have tried everything to remove it from my computer, but nothing works. Can anyone please help me with this?
