We would suggest you to use Adgurd or uBlock Origin instead of ABP...
I tried them both but none blocked ads on different page better than abp, it also got the function where you can chose to block other thing on pages if it don't block all of the ads fully.

On a standard user account UAC will behave as if it were set to max regardless of what it's actually set to. Admin approval doesn't exist for standard accounts

Please tell me, what do you meant exactly with "Admin approval doesn't exist for standard accounts"

I'm on SUA since years on Windows 10, I have always to enter "admin" password on every UAC alerts when any program/software requires admin privileges...

The "real" SUA block these UAC prompts by default.
You can enable that e.g. in Hard_Configurator at right side, bottom "More". Set "disable Elevation on SUA" to "ON".

That is a matter of terminology and UAC settings.

With the default UAC setting, the "Admin approval" prompt is shown on SUA. The UAC setting can be changed to hide this prompt. In this way, the user cannot elevate applications from SUA.
Most users on SUA wrongly think that after "Admin approval" the application still runs on SUA. In fact, the application does not use the SUA profile but another user profile (that of the Admin account).
