$7300? Are you sure you want to spend that much on a PC? You could go for a month long 5-star holiday in Thailand and sit on a beech drinking mojitos for that amount of money. In the end it's your money so do what makes you happy. Consider AMD. AMD Ryzen 9 7950X is a beast so check out the reviews about it. Also consider the AMD Ryzen 5800X3D because it is still great for gaming (comes close to current 13th gen Intel's even though it's last gen) and will cut cost of DDR/MB if you want to save some money due to being last generation. Or wait for the 7800X3D if released early next year if it ever comes. Nice card. MSI make good quality gear. Wait until AMD releases next gen GPU's since you might see a small price drop on NVidia. If you can wait for the Samsung 990 Pro to be released and buy that. I prefer Corsair gear and have had a good experience with their earlier released liquid coolers, but the NZXT is good too. Can't go wrong with either. Both are quality boards. I like MSI gear better than ASUS. Both good options. Consider Gentle Typhoon fans. They are still good value for money and work wonders.
