I desperately need help getting rid of this Pc Cleaner Pro nonsense. The computer is almost unusable. I have tried malwarebytes and it failed. I have tried uninstalling in safe mode. It failed. Please help me. PLEASE. I do not have the money to replace the laptop. Please bear in mind that I have no computer skills.
 
I had to go through a lot to get farbar on there. Pc is super messed up . I am scanning with it now and Im gonna try to post the results. Stand by please.
 
Crap. Im back at my friends house on wifi again and I cannot find the farbar app or the scan logs. Where would they be?
 
Thats the only one I could get. Im sorry bro. Please help, this virus is so bad its making it a challenge to even type

Fix with AdwCleaner

Please download AdwCleaner by Xplode and save the file to your Desktop.
  • Right-click on
    adwcleaner_new.png
    icon and select
    RunAsAdmin.jpg
    Run as Administrator to start the tool.
  • Wait until the database is updated.
  • Accept the Terms of use and click Scan.
  • When finished, please click Clean.
  • Upon completion, click Report. A log (AdwCleaner[S*].txt) will open.

Please include the contents of that file in your reply.

Note: Reports will be saved in your system partition, usually at C:\Adwcleaner

  • First of all, select update.
  • Once updated, click the Settings tab, in the left panel choose Detection & Protection and tick Scan for rootkits.
  • Click the Scan tab, choose Threat Scan is checked and click Scan Now.
  • If threats are detected, click the Apply Actions button. You will now be prompted to reboot. Click Yes.
  • Upon completion of the scan (or after the reboot), click the History tab.
  • Click Application Logs and double-click the newest Scan Log.
  • At the bottom click Export and choose Text file.
Save the file to your desktop and include its content in your next reply.

  • Make sure that Addition option is checked.
  • Press Scan button and wait.
  • The tool will produce two logfiles on your desktop: FRST.txt and Addition.txt.

Ran the scans. Looked manually for signs of the malware. Those signs and symptoms are gone. Here are the documents.

Actually it looks like still have what looks like the version installer virus. Grey window pops up, only a next button on bottom
 
Farbar reports seem to be old. I need fresh ones.
