1st one is a bug from Win8 with certains AVs (i got it for emsisoft IS)

2nd one is when you have just installed and activated Win8, it need confirmation. Or when you change your username.

First it appeared in my last windows 8 around 3 month before & now in this windows 8 i got around 2 weeks before.

It's a BUG for ESET 6.
