Troubleshoot Problem activating Windows 7 product key

I cannot get Windows 7 Pro to activate. It could be a lock on the OEM. :o

Name: Windows(R) 7, Professional edition
Description: Windows Operating System - Windows(R) 7, OEM_SLP channel


A problem occured when Windows tried to activate. Error code 0xC004E003.

Would re-installing change the problem, or any options ? Due to the OEM_SLP channel, I am unsure how to resolve.

Can you give me a screen ?
I'm not using Windows 7 for several years, hard to remember what this part looks like :confused:

- Open Paint.exe
- click on the keyboard button "Impr Screen"
- and paste on paint (select paint windows and do CTRL+V)

Is there an option to select a country / location on the page that appears after slui.exe 4
=> this is needed before they show you a phone number

no impr screen button.
