I downloaded the hitmanpro, and did everything according to the tutorial. Never used it, but when I followed the instructions given just like in Remove Paysafecard "computer blocked" virus (Police Scam), there is no activate free license. But instead, before I clicked next, it said "unable to create restore point. System restore could be disabled. Would you like to continue removing malicious software anyway?" Because of that, I tried some other ways. It seems like I can't download the malwarebytes. Soooo I downloaded the Kaspersky TDSS Killer. When I scanned using that, it says But when I scanned using hitmanpro (though I can't remove it using hitmanpro) It still says SO PLEASE HELP :'( p/s: After I scanned using Kaspersky, I tried restarting my laptop. But it won't restart. So do I have to log it off and then turn it on again? What if my laptop's locked after that? #STILLHAVEN'TCLOSEDMYLAPTOPEVERSINCETHATSTUPIDSCAMPOPPEDUP
