Troubleshoot Problems with uninstalling Emsisoft..

Briefly explain your current issue(s)

cant turn off emsisoft or uninstall it completely

Steps taken to resolve, but have been unsuccessful

i used oibit uninstaller 4 and goofed up by cancelling the deep scan now emsisoft is on tried ccleaner and other ways cant reinstall emsisoft either
